Reservation and Cancellation Policy

A credit card number or 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment so you can get the best benefit from your time with us.

In respect of other clients, please insure you turn off your mobile phones prior to your treatment.

When cancelling an appointment, at least 12 hours notice must be given or a 50% fee will be charged.

If a booking is made and not kept, with no notice, a fee equal to the treatment booked will be charged.
